The Opportunity:The City of El Cajon is currently searching for detail oriented individuals to join our Community Development Department. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is organized, resourceful, with excellent communication skills, has a positive attitude and the ability to undertake a range of customer service oriented tasks.
The Recruitment Process:
Applications and Supplemental Questionnaires will be screened. The most highly qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the examination process which includes a Qualifications Appraisal Interview. Successful candidates will be placed on an eligible list for employment consideration for at least six months. The Qualification Appraisal Interviews have been tentatively scheduled for June 13, 2023.
