What are the responsibilities and job description for the GOLF GROUNDS MAINTENANCE WORKER position at City Of Fairhope?
Under the supervision of the Golf Grounds Manager, the employee performs general maintenance and upkeep of the golf course grounds and facilities. This employee operates and maintains a variety of lawn and power equipment to ensure the golf course is maintained according to City standards, policies, and procedures. The employee also assists with building maintenance and repairs. General inspection of equipment is performed daily to ensure efficient operation. The employee performs manual labor to ensure golf greens are maintained and free of debris. This job is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to a pre-employment background check and random drug screenings.
This position is scheduled to work 5:15 am- 1:45 pm. Some weekend work is required.
