Manages and directs the secretarial services for the Transportation & Mobility department and provides administrative assistance. Schedules day-to-day work activities to provide optimum efficiency and productivity. Position requires a complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in assigned function or business area.

A minimum of six (6) years of combined education and professional experience is required, including at least two (2) years of experience in office support operations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field may substitute for up to four (4) years of the required professional experience.
 
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment. Must have a valid Florida driver's license and maintain satisfactory driving record throughout employment. Must have or be able to obtain notary public certification.

In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.

Salary : $53,185 - $90,414
