What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Field Tech position at CITY OF HAMLET?
An employee in this class participates in the work of a crew engaged in digging and back filling ditches, laying and calking cast iron, concrete, or terracotta pipe for water and sewer service, making service connections, moving and setting water meters, valves, and hydrants. Employee also participates in repairing streets and sidewalks and constructing new sidewalks. Work involves emergency call-back service rotation, as well as working in confined spaces. Work is performed under general supervision of a Utility Crew Leader.

Pay: $12.72 - $15.90 per hour
