What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatics Manager position at City of Inver Grove Heights?
This position oversees and ensures quality instructor in our swim lesson program as well as the supervision of aquatics staff during hours of operation and handles all safety and customer situations in a positive and professional manner.Must be 18 years of age or older. Must hold a current Water Safety Instructor certification and a Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR certifications and have previous experience being a WSI and Lifeguard. Must be able to deal with people effectively, exhibit responsible judgment, understand and follow oral and written direction and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the public.
Salary : $15 - $24
