Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Senior Center
Marinette, WI | $14.00/hr | 20 hours/week (Mon - Fri)
Are you tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy helping others - especially seniors? The City of Marinette is seeking a personable and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our vibrant Senior Center!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with a smile
- Keep data entry and office duties running smoothly
- Support planning of activities, events, and programs
- Manage social media (especially Facebook) and communications
- Assist with payments and basic finances
- Be the friendly, dependable right-hand to the Senior Center Director!
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Friendly, organized, and customer-service focused
- Able to occasionally lift/move tables and chairs
- Experience with older adults is a plus!
