What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at City of Marinette?
Join our Marinette REC Center team as Maintenance Tech. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks in one or more areas (pool and filtration systems, heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC), mechanical issues of ice refrigeration systems, etc.). Other responsibilities include custodial duties, minor repairs, prepare areas for rentals and events, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Five years of commercial building maintenance experience; Requires an active WI Aquatic Facility Operator Certification or a WI Pool & Spa Operator Certification within six months of hire; and possess and maintain a WI acceptable drivers license. Residency requirements apply, must reside in the State of Wisconsin within six months of hire.

Start Pay: $20.96/HR
