JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for maintenance and emergency custodial duties in various City buildings. Duties include routine maintenance, minor repairs, maintains inventory of supplies, office fit-ups and emergency custodial. Position also monitors HVAC controls, performs building and safety checks, grounds maintenance, basic electrical/carpentry/plumbing upkeep and other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, is part of the UAW Clerical/Technical Bargaining Unit and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 6, with an hourly rate not to exceed $19.36.
