Pool Managers assist the Aquatics Supervisor in scheduling and programming swimming pool facilities, supervise swimming activities and staff, and instruct classes in fundamentals of swimming. High school diploma or GED Equivalent Pool Manager I: A minimum of one (1) year paid experience in instructing or supervising water recreational activities. Pool Manager II : A minimum of two (2) year paid experience in instructing or supervising water recreational activities. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two (2) years. Possession of a valid Class "C" California Driver's License is required. For out-of-state applicants, a valid driver's license is required. A valid Class "C" California Driver's License must be obtained within (10) days of appointment (CA Vehicle code 12405c).
