What are the responsibilities and job description for the FLEET SERVICES AIDE position at City of Surprise?
SUMMARY
The incumbent assists Fleet Tech I while performing a variety of general repairs and maintenance or widely diverse equipment and vehicles. Performs inspection, tire repairs, routine preventive maintenance and simple mechanical repairs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
HSD/GED and six (6) months of experience in automotive servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment or vehicles or trade school including WestMec automotive training. Other combinations of experience and education which meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.

SELECTION PROCESS
