Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA): This position adheres to the Earned Sick Time Act and accrues paid time off.
This part-time, seasonal position will be responsible for working at the Rink at Stine Community Park during the ice-skating season. Tentative 2025 – 2026 operating season is December 1, 2025 – March 8, 2026.
DUTIES
- Sell skate rentals: ensure accurate count of start-up and ending monies, accurate change count, and accurate sales transactions.
- Sell concessions: ensure accurate count of start-up and ending monies, accurate change count, and accurate sales transactions.
- Practice excellent customer service and preventative safety.
- Assist with pre-season start-up and post-season shut-down of facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (including marijuana).
PREFERENCES
- One (1) or more years of customer service experience.
- One (1) or more years of sales experience.
- Certified in CPR/First Aid.
EVALUATION PROCESS

HOURS:
Part-time, approximately 20 – 30 hours per week.
Schedule and availability must be attentive to programming and customer service needs. Regular schedule includes three to four (3-4) days per week including morning, afternoon, evening, weekday, and weekend hours.
