Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and self-motivation to make a positive impact on the environment while helping your community.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
• Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
