Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail.
Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions. - Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
