Client Outreach Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to join our team as a Client Outreach Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for helping others. As a Client Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail sales.
- Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintaining accurate records is crucial in this role, so you must be organized and detail-oriented. You will also need to keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
A high school diploma/GED is required for this position, but a degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
