Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail.
- Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with prospects and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
