Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and provide end-user support.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and regular data maintenance.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and Workday releases.
- Document system processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with Workday HCM or related systems.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data flows.
- Strong API integration skills.
- Experience with report writing and Workday calculated fields.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Workday Security roles and configuration.
- Familiarity with Workday community.
