Position: Workday Training/OCM Specialist

Location: HYBRID (candidates must live within 30-40 miles of San Antonio, TX

Duration: 6-month contract (extensions/permanent possible)

Pay Rate: $35-40/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience creating Quick Reference Development Guides for Workday implementations
• 2-3 years of experience working hands on with the development and implementation of HCM and Pay Roll Modules
• Ability to provide effective in person training to developers and administrators, exhibiting great communication skills
• Ability to support the development of other training modules as needed across the county (could include but is not limited to, ECEGUS and ServiceNow)
• Ability to clear a CIJS background check (no open arrests or felony or misdemeanor convictions)

Day-to-Day:

We are seeking a Workday Training Specialist to support the transition from E-CIGIS to Workday for a local government clients IT department. This role requires deep knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules to develop Quick Reference Guides that translate configured business processes into clear, step-by-step user instructions with screenshots. The specialist will also assist in creating additional training materials and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions across various Workday modules. Experience with staging training environments in Workday is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex system configurations into user-friendly content are essential.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
