What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Interventionist - Tunbridge, VT position at Clara Martin Center?
We are in search of a full-time Behavioral Interventionist at Tunbridge Elementary to provide support to a student in their classroom
The primary functions are:
■ provide support and related activities (case consultation, attend IEP meetings, treatment team meetings) to students in the school setting with a focus towards helping students to meet their educational goals.
■ modeling of appropriate problem-solving skills, social skills, life skills, and a healthy lifestyle, while providing opportunities to enhance vocational skills and participate in physical education programs.
■ provide de-escalation and behavioral management and support as needed.
