Job purpose
The Clinic Nurse will assist and support medication providers to ensure the behavioral health needs of those enrolled in the program are efficiently and effectively served.
Duties and responsibilities
- Take vital signs
- Administer IM medications
- Field calls on behalf of assigned medication provider
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with agency staff and external providers like pharmacies to ensure effective continuity of care
- Complete other duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications
- Education - Minimum of an Associate Degree
- Skills/Abilities- Effective oral and written communication
- Professional Certification- Licensed or license eligible Nurse in the State of Missouri and/or Certified Medical Assistant.
Working conditions
General Conditions- Work is generally performed in office type settings where answering phone and using computers and other technology should be expected.

Physical requirements
General Conditions- Job duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Travel, with some trips requiring several hours in a vehicle, should be expected. Minor lifting and moving may be expected requiring ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
