Job purpose
The IT Specialist serves as support to the Director of IT that manages, maintains and implements technical systems such as hardware, corporate security and software.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide technical support in person and monitor help desk tickets.
- Maintain electronic company property and office equipment.
- Assist IT Director with installations of office equipment, electrical components and devices.
- Monitor and install necessary updates on assigned software and hardware.
- Assist IT Director with conversions and wiring new locations.
- Complete 0ther duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications
- Education – High School Diploma
- Specialized knowledge and Experience- Technical proficiency with software and hardware, and ability to demonstrate it
- Skills/Abilities- Organization, Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
Working conditions
General Conditions- Work is generally performed in office type settings with some physical intervention required.

General Conditions- Job duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Bending, pushing and lifting may be expected including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
