About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes.
- Administer HR processes including benefits enrollment, leave of absence tracking, and time & attendance.
- Assist in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Help coordinate HR projects, initiatives, and compliance reporting.
- Translate HR documents, policies, and communications into Spanish as needed.
- Partner with supervisors and managers to support employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required (written and verbal).
- 2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience preferred (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
