What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Equipment Repair Technician position at Clark Service Group?
Our Food Service Equipment Repair Technicians provide on-site equipment repairs for commercial cooking and warewashing equipment. We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to provide our customers with maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial food service equipment, by diagnosing issues and replacing necessary parts.
DUTIES:
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of commercial food service equipment.
- Order and install replacement parts as required.
- Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring.
- Repair, replace, or calibrate components on natural gas and LP systems.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical wiring, controls, and piping as required.
- Wire and connect motors, pumps, temperature controls, and heating elements as required.
- Be available for one weekend a month for Clark Service Group's on-call schedule.
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- CFESA Certificated Technician (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- All technicians are subject to annual background checks, clearances, and certifications. Drug tests are administered before and periodically during employment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work in extreme conditions (i.e.: hot, cold, dirty environment, etc.)
- Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in all food service environments.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
