Key responsibilities will include client prospecting, lead qualification, relationship nurturing, analyzing the opportunity pipeline, and maintaining Clark's CRM database. Responsibilities Opportunity Identification: Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and project development teams to identify and assess the most promising business opportunities. Market Research: Conduct thorough client and competitor research to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Client and Industry Outreach: Manage outreach efforts to establish and nurture client relationships and stay informed about industry developments. Strategy Development: Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to craft client engagement and pursuit strategies that align with company goals. Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients with a focus on driving business growth. Lead Qualification: Assess leads and determine their potential for conversion into viable opportunities. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Pipeline Analysis: Regularly analyze the opportunity pipeline, providing status updates and insights to stakeholders. CRM Database Management: Keep Clark's CRM database up to date with accurate and relevant information. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a unified approach to business development. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development efforts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent Communication: Interface effectively with senior-level staff members, clients, and consultants, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-Oriented: Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Computer Proficiency: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software. CRM Experience: Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, is a plus. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. Independence and Collaboration: Able to work independently but discern when to seek involvement from others. Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. For this role the base salary range is $80,000-120,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
