Fast-paced Real Estate office looking for an Administrative Assistant, to support our Lackawanna County team. The admin’s responsibilities include telephone duties, office organization, scanning, filing and light housekeeping.
Main responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, answering the phones, and making follow-up calls.
- Preparing and scanning real estate forms and documents.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Overseeing and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Creating company-wide emails to assist in advertising new listings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- Real Estate, Title, or Mortgage experience a bonus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Efficient computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Calm and friendly attitude.
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM with half-hour for lunch.
Compensation: $14-16 per hour depending on experience
Benefits: 401K and paid time off after 3 months. No medical benefits.
