Clay County Missouri has an entry level opportunity for a full-time Overnight Custodian from 5:00 pm - 1:30 am at an hourly salary of $16.02.
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure that the county owned offices, buildings, facilities, vehicles, and exterior grounds are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. This position will complete routine custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and restocking restrooms.
The ideal candidate is legally licensed and insured to drive a motor vehicle and can drive a motor vehicle under normal and inclement weather situations. This person should also be knowledgeable of custodial operations and services, proper methods of mixing, applying and disposing of chemical solutions and products, and be able to complete assigned duties working independently under the direction of the Custodian III.
