Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable team player that can add value to our team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Read work orders and prints.
Pull and stage materials for department.
Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties including:
Saws
Calking Guns
Pneumatic Nail Gun (roofing, framing and finish work)
Hand Tools
Assist other departments as needed by productions schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned by Department manager/Production Mangers.
Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors.
Must wear personal protective equipment while at the location.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge / Experience within the Manufactured Homes or Construction industry.
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience with Power tools and hand tools
Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and/or offer alternative solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends to meet production schedules.
Salary:
$25 per hour
