What You’ll Do as a Day Maker:
- Provide outstanding service at the pay station – every interaction is a chance to make a guest’s day.
- Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests’ needs and demonstrating value—exceptional service drives natural membership growth.
- Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand.
Compensation:
- $11-12 per hour
- Enjoy free car washes as part of our team!
- This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

- A bit of sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person with a willingness to learn.
