Customer Sales Representative

The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

- You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.

- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming clients calls into booked service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to clients to meet 3-day call board capacity.
- Meet call goals, track all calling efforts and accomplishments using call log and provide to Sales/Marketing Director daily.
- Provide accurate appointment information to service or sales
- Book sales leads and coordinate with Sales/Marketing Director
- Use probing questions to get information from potential clients (When will project start? How much are energy bills per month? How often are they at home?)
- Outbound service maintenance agreements to get the appropriate call needed
- Respond to client requests, resolving issues and promoting company brand.
- Be professional and establish client rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Inform clients of additional accessories or services when booking residential appointments.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls
- Set up window shopping customers to be buying clients in the future
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving client complaints quickly and favorably.
