Summary
The primary role of the Dispatcher is to receive incoming requests for services from clients and create a daily schedule for our field staff. Hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be first point of contact for calls from clients, and maintain open communications regarding services
- Publish daily schedule for field services
- Complete report tracking and create project folders that include specifications and drawings
- Assist with orientation of new staff which includes coordination of training activities, and record-keeping of certifications and achievements
- Maintain open communication between technical staff and management
Qualifications and Skills
- HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
- Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
