Primary Function: The primary function of the Reman Technical Specialist is to engage with and support the CNH dealer network in their daily activities related to the sales and servicing of CNH remanufactured parts. This role involves delivering best in class customer support by providing timely and accurate information on the form, fit, function, core, application, and availability of CNH Reman remanufactured products. The Reman Technical Specialist will communicate with dealers via phone, conduct face-to-face visits as needed, and contribute to training sessions to disseminate relevant technical information. Responsibilities include identifying dealer solutions, leveraging dealer relationships to support sales initiatives, addressing dealer concerns, and promoting awareness of new and existing products, promotions, and ongoing product improvements.

Dimensions: The role of the Reman Technical Specialist involves effectively balancing customer concerns by providing proactive assistance and delivering acceptable resolutions through superior technical support. Success in this position will be measured by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support, reducing internal and external failures, increasing dealer penetration percentages, and enhancing customer confidence in CNH Reman products and the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
The successful Reman Technical Specialist will consistently and enthusiastically engage with CNH's internal and external customer base to promote CNH Reman products. They will provide timely and accurate information on product specifications, availability, catalog accuracy, core value, and other relevant details to support dealers and the PSSM team in promoting CNH Reman products effectively. Additionally, they will identify and report opportunities for improvement across all areas of the company to maintain our position as the market leader in remanufactured products.

• Exceed dealer expectations by providing timely solutions and support.
• Offer technical assistance and solutions through daily inbound and outbound phone or email interactions with internal and external customers.
• Travel as necessary to conduct dealer training, to assist the CNH Reman Dealer Development sales personnel in aligning territory goals and promote CNH Reman products and services.
• Contribute to the development of campaigns, programs, promotions, and contests for both the PSSM team and external customers of CNH Reman.
• Support Target Success/Open Houses by providing technical support and training as required.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to surpass CNH Reman's yearly business plan.

Job Specifications:

• Dealer Network - Daily technical support calls for information exchange on Reman Products and Programs.
• CNH Service/Sales - Technical training and support calls for information exchange on Reman Products and Programs.
• CNH Reman team members - Work across departments, to provide timely solutions to the dealer.
• Safety - Communicate with to ensure all OSHA safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Quality & Warranty - Communicate with to ensure all ISO standards are met or exceeded

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and has a desire to communicate with people.
• Ability and desire to learn, train, talk to, and teach CNH Reman remanufactured products to provide superior technical and customer support.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a business or technical discipline preferred; or one year of related experience in lieu of each one year of formal education with a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years manufacturing environment experience or technical background in Agricultural / Construction field preferred, with an emphasis on effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to use personal/mainframe computer, ERP systems, sales and data software packages, copier, calculator, telephone, and fax machine.
• Regular and consistent attendance, ability to work overtime as needed.
• Sitting, walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to travel by airplane and drive a motor vehicle and travel up to 10% of the time.
