About us
Responsibilities:
- Receive and quicklyanalyze transportation requests and determine the most efficient route
- Coordinate with drivers and office staff to schedule routes
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry route details into the transportation management system/documents
- Monitor the progress of transports and provide updates to staff
- Resolve any issues or delays by working closely with staff and management
- Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all transports
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation management systems
- Understanding of transportation regulations and requirements
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding dispatching
