Summary of Position
The Medical Assistant is responsible for quality medical assistance to the patients and physicians. The Medical Assistant must be able to properly document in the electronic health record (NextGen). This individual is directly accountable to the Clinic Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year medical assistant experience preferred
- Current CPR Basic Certification
- Graduate from accredited Medical Assistant Program or currently attending; equivalent experience in a medical setting

- Working Conditions: This individual spends 95% of his/her time inside an air-conditioned area. Potential occupational exposure to radiation.
