This role will independently perform administrative work of a complex nature conveying highly sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships with team members. Strong writing skills, professionalism and confidentiality are crucial to this role.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintains schedules by planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, special events, and travel.
- Provides day-to-day support for the President’s and Managing Partner’s communication and scheduling needs.
- Manages and maintains expense reports.
- Drafts written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary; responds to requests for information.
- Schedules, plans and prepares documentation, materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings including but not limited to coordinating conference room space, breakfast or lunch and printing and binding appropriate materials.
- Assists with Leadership team meeting set up and coordination of agendas.
- Copy, scan, mail and fax requested documents and prepare real estate and contract documents for signature.
- Act as liaison with other departments and outside partners, including high-level staff and investors.
- Serve as backup to cover the front desk for lunches and as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years administrative support experience required; college degree preferred.
- Highly organized, self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing workload.
- Ability to improve existing processes and create new ones to improve efficiencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong administrative and customer service background a must.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Notary License or willingness to attain upon hire required.
