- Wage for the Accounts Receivable Clerk is $18.00 depending on experience.

What will you do as an Accounts Receivable Clerk?
- Answer the multi-line phone system providing superior and effective customer service to our customers regarding all aspects of their account activity.
- Learn the Accounts Receivable process at Coca-Cola including collecting current balances as well as past due balances, apply payments to customer balances, documenting all credit collection activities within the system, and provide support or backup to other areas of the Accounts Receivable department.
- Work with customers through billing questions.
- Work toward the Accounts Receivable monthly goals.
Requirements
In the Accounts Receivable Clerk role, we are seeking someone who:
- Has their high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, data-entry and 10-key
- Detail focused and deadline focused
- Comfortable with making calls to customers to collect on accounts
- Likes being a part of a team
- Enjoys working at a desk in an open and collaborative office environment
