Our client is a leading Private Equity firm looking to add a talented Investor Relations Specialist to their growing Capital Formation team. This role will have high exposure & autonomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Partake in the entire lifecycle of tracking / processes for investment opportunities
  • Establish & maintain client relationships
  • Manage junior members & support staff
  • Lead planning for fundraises and due diligence
  • Create / enhance marketing materials

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Exceptional written / oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in finance and financial processes
