The Mobile Maintenance Fuel & Lube Tech is responsible for the performance of the following duties in a safe and productive manner.

Responsibilities
The Mobile Maintenance Fuel & Lube Tech is responsible for the performance of the following duties in a safe and productive manner.
- Perform the Fuel and lubrication tasks on large mining equipment.
- Have knowledge and check points of compartments requiring lubrication.
- Perform general equipment inspections and complete minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain service equipment such as product systems within the service truck.
- Examine parts for damage or excessive wear and report accordingly.
- Be able to document and report required fuel and lube information in a reporting structure.
- Create work orders and job requests when necessary
- Maintain a clean and citation-free mine site environment
- Perform daily workplace and equipment safety inspections
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A vocational-technical college degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in equipment maintenance preferred
- Work in all conditions and environments, approximately 80% of job is outdoors
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to lift 65 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Able to walk up and down slopes and uneven ground daily
- Self-directed and able to take leadership role on many projects
- Willing to stop work for safety concerns and always abide by safety best practices, policies and procedures
- Rotation of work assignments to maintain training
- Hourly Rate Range: $36.65 – $44.48 (DOE)
- Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)
