Base Salary: $16/Hour to $19.23/hour. Commissions result in additional earnings of $15,000 to $50,000 annually. Cogent Analytics puts a high priority on rewarding employees for performance and achievement. We offer a competitive hourly wage and an aggressive performance-based compensation package. Conservative first year earning potential of $55,000 , with top performers earning 95K .
