Position Description:
An Inside Sales Representative position is an Account Management and order entry function that entails assisting customers with managing their account needs, in close conjunction with a Regional Sales Manager. Customer interaction includes requests for lead times, order placement, expediting, order changes, the building of quotations, entering orders and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers. Additionally, these tasks will require coordination with other support departments to provide detailed feedback
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound and inbound account management
Capturing of customer complaints with accurate and complete information
Coordinating with Shipping and Production for status on orders to ensure the delivery commitment to customers is met
Cooperating with Regional Sales Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales growth
Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, and skills training
Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments
Emphasizing technical product features and benefits
Quoting prices and preparing sales order reports or forms
Skills and Specifications:
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Strong Team Work skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft AX Management systems is desirable
Excellent telephone sales skills

Involves problem solving, assessment of situations, a high frequency of follow-up, and exercises good judgment to anticipate the executive’s needs. Education \ Certifications:
High School diploma or GED, Bachelor degree preferred, high level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) and typing skills.
