Automation Test Lead/Manager
Location: Charlotte NC
Required Qualifications
- Lead QA with minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Strong experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, GIT, GITHUB
- Strong experience in Test Automation using Python
- Experience in Gen AI solutions using Copilot
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Experience of client communication and Stakeholder management
- Lead the design and development of test automation solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and build automation framework
