The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 - $142,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from inception to delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams using whiteboarding tools.
- Oversee the use of Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide expertise in domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business needs.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
