Lead DX Business Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Lead DX. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL Requirement Lifecycle Management and Stakeholder Management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions in a hybrid work model. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance or Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Manage the requirement lifecycle from inception to delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams using whiteboarding tools.
• Oversee the use of Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide expertise in domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business needs.
• Support the implementation of business solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications

What You Need To Have To Be Considerer

• Possess strong domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance or Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication management skills.
• Have experience with whiteboarding tools for effective team collaboration.
• Show expertise in requirement lifecycle management.
• Display strong stakeholder management skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) SQL Certification

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until July 25th 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 - $142,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
