Lead Full Stack Engineer

– Azure Cloud

We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Full Stack Engineer – Azure Cloud ( On-site ) with 10 validated experience in developing and maintaining software solutions within the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain. With a focus on AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL the candidate will give to innovative projects that enhance healthcare services.

Location: Texas City - TX USA

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with Pharmacy Benefit Management domain standards.
• Implement robust and scalable applications that improve healthcare service delivery and optimize pharmacy benefit management processes.
• Fix and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high system availability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
• Participate in agile development processes supplying to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings to ensure project success.
• Design and implement secure and efficient database solutions using mySQL optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
• Develop user-friendly works with Angular JS enhancing the overall user experience and accessibility of applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards particularly within the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain to maintain data integrity and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers supporting their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with partners to find opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Test and deploy applications in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in AWS, Azure, SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL demonstrating expertise in developing complex software solutions.
• Have extensive experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
• Show strength in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications that enhance healthcare service delivery.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Have experience in agile development processes giving to successful project outcomes.
• Possess strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with multi-functional teams and partners.
  
  

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until Jun 15th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $120K – $140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
