About The Role
As a Senior Manager – Insurance Consulting, you will make an impact by leading transformation initiatives for Property & Casualty insurance clients. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead consulting engagements focused on underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims transformation.
- Provide strategic advisory services and insights tailored to Property & Casualty insurance operations.
- Facilitate client workshops and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Develop and present comprehensive recommendations that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate engagement risks, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends to inform client strategies and Cognizant offerings.
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, including Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.

What you must have to be considered
- 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property & Casualty.
- 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm.
- Proven experience in large-scale P&C core system transformations involving platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Management preferred.
