About The Role

As a Senior Manager – Insurance Consulting, you will make an impact by leading transformation initiatives for Property & Casualty insurance clients. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead consulting engagements focused on underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims transformation.
• Provide strategic advisory services and insights tailored to Property & Casualty insurance operations.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Develop and present comprehensive recommendations that address client challenges and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market and industry trends to inform client strategies and Cognizant offerings.
• Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, including Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.
  
  

Work Model

What you must have to be considered

• 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property & Casualty.
• 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm.
• Proven experience in large-scale P&C core system transformations involving platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Management preferred.
