Roles And Responsibilities
Lead the development of high-quality software solutions, leveraging your expertise in React.js, Redux, Web Development, and JavaScript.
Design and implement scalable and robust services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize existing software for improved performance and scalability.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through regular code reviews.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Contribute to the improvement of hotel operations and guest service management through innovative technology solutions.
Ensure security and data protection standards are met in all software solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Must-Have
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong focus on React.js.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries, especially Redux.
Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs.
A solid understanding of modern frontend build tools and pipelines (like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Demonstrable experience building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Have
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a big plus.
Experience with other frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js, Angular).
Familiarity with component libraries or design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
Understanding accessibility best practices (WCAG).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
