We are seeking Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lima, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Allen County in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization and medically managed withdrawal unit with 24/7 coverage.
Duties include:
- Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
- Coordinate admissions and discharges
- Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
- Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
- Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
- Manage department's operating budget
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Acceptable driving record
Preference given to the following candidates:
- Past or current work management experience
- Past or current Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care

- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience
