Job Title: Archer Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Model)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $ 60 - $ 65/hr on W2
Day To Day Responsbilities:
- Maintain version control and rollback strategies for deployments.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate deployment readiness
- Provide L2/L3 support for Archer platform issues, including workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, and user access problems.
- Monitor system health and proactively address alerts and anomalies.
- Maintain documentation for incident resolution and platform configurations.
- Infrastructure & Database Oversight
- Investigate and resolve database performance issues and server-level concerns.
- Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to optimize Archer s backend architecture.
- Participate in capacity planning and system tuning efforts.
- Software Installation & Maintenance
- Perform Archer software installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Validate post-installation configurations and ensure environment consistency.
- Maintain installation logs and compliance artifacts.
- Compliance & Governance
- Research and respond to compliance requests, including accessibility, data retention, and audit requirements.
- Ensure Archer platform aligns with internal governance and regulatory standards.
Must Have:
- Experience installing the archer software on servers
- 5 years of Archer Administrative experience, including development
- 3 years of SQL querying experience
- 3 years of production support
