Day to Day Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Program Compliance Manager that will be responsible for management and delivery of new milestones, documentation, planning and risk mitigation for Civilian programs. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Lead Government/Civilian Program Compliance: Lead and manage the organization's efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with various government program requirements, ensuring all necessary standards and regulations are met for successful program execution.
- Strategic Program Management (Civilian Focus): Drive strong program management specifically within Civilian programs, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to create Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and Macros, to analyze program data, track performance, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Professional Communication and Documentation: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and professional documentation, presentations, and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and external government agencies.
- Product-Feature to Compliance Integration: Focus on the product feature side of projects, effectively translating product requirements into compliance frameworks and ensuring product development adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, demonstrating a flexible approach to compliance management.
- Project Leadership and Oversight: Provide strong project management leadership, overseeing project teams, defining project scope, setting realistic timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery within government programs
Must Have Requirements:
- 10 years of relative experience with Civilian program compliance
- Experience working within Telecommunication, Cellular or Wireless industry on complex projects
- Familiarity with 5G & 4G/LTE
- Experience with compliance program management for mission critical services
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong Program Management experience specifically within Civilian programs
- Advanced Excel experience Ability to create Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Macros
- Proficient experience with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience with Product management
- Even better if you have experience with Product Features side
