Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Specialist
Location: Austin, TX, 78727
Duration: 6 Months
Pay range:18$hr - 20$hr
Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
- Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Identify deficiencies in applications and work with providers to make necessary corrections.
- Respond to inquiries regarding application status.
- Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
- Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure high-quality processing of applications.
- Make recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
