Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator located in New York, NY. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, assisting project managers and ensuring that construction management tasks are executed effectively. Daily tasks include filing and proof-reading documents (including insurance, permits and drawings), preparing and organizing bid and award packages, contracts, submittals, RFIs and RFPs.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Procore is a plus
- Experience supporting Project Managers or Superintendents is often a plus
