Responsibilities
- Work across some of the agency’s most dynamic accounts—from household names to breakout innovators.
- Write briefs that aren’t just clear—they’re catalytic. You know how to spark ideas and align teams fast.
- Translate brand truths and business objectives into action across platforms: social, digital, experiential, influencer, media, design, and earned.
- Identify patterns others miss—by listening, reading culture, and connecting human behavior with business ambition.
- Design and synthesize research (qual, quant, cultural) and make the insights sing.
- Make strategy feel accessible, exciting, and essential—whether you’re in a client meeting or a hallway brainstorm.
- Ability to integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to drive innovation, enhance automation, and support operational excellence.
- Comfort with design thinking, cultural semiotics, social listening tools, or mixed-methods research.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing focus to the room.
- Always learning, always sharing. You’re hungry, humble, and highly attuned.
- Comfortable in the company of creatives, analysts, and clients.
- Equally fluent in audience insight, business logic, and cultural relevance.
- A belief that strategy is best when it’s co-authored—across teams, with clients, and sometimes even with consumers.
- A point of view on AI’s role in the future of brand-building
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- 4 years of brand or communications strategy experience, preferably agency-side.
- Experience building brand platforms and GTM strategies (B2C or B2B).
- A systems thinker and a storyteller—someone who can hold the whole ecosystem in their head and still craft a killer deck.
