Kinesiology Faculty
Are you a positive, energetic, competent, and caring professional looking to join excellent faculty
dedicated to teaching? This position will teach 24 credit hours per academic year in the area of
Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Fall 2023 semester; Rank open
Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:
- Is a positive, energetic, competent, and caring professional who wants to join excellent faculty
- Desires to serve students from diverse backgrounds.
• Possess an earned doctorate in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely- related discipline.
- Candidates with a master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related discipline,
- Experience in women’s health-related wellness programming or health promotion research.
- Demonstrated leadership activities and certifications from ACSM, NSCA, or related organizations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the exercise science core to include health and
- Conducting, publishing, and presenting research; providing academic advisement.
- Supervising student internship experiences.
- Participating in curriculum development.
- Assisting with recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students.
